Max grew up in Newport, RI with his Mom, Dad and younger brother. Growing up he always excelled as a scholar-athlete. After attending the Rhode Island college as a student-athlete for two years, he decided to pack up and move to Florida to transfer to the University of Tampa.

Max was obtaining a degree in exercise science and allied health at the University of Tampa, pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, while also working full time in the hospitality industry where his career as a bartender began. Max built up a high-end client base and reputation for delivering extraordinary customer service, eventually earning a comfortable 6-figure income while building an event planning and catering company on the side. One night working at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, he was approached by a group of people who offered an opportunity to come join their team. After that, everything changed.

Today Max Willett is the #1 Sales Leader in the U.S. in the Private Health Insurance space. Over the last few years, he has built a sales force of over 200 agents that produce over $100 million of annual revenue. His team, Maxed Out, consists of 14 leaders who are all multiple-six and seven-figure earners and run their own teams within his organization.
